Reactions/Reaction Detail:
Reactions are processes whereby substrates interact to form products. SigTran supports reactions that involve the maximum of 3 non-multistate substrates and 4 non-multistate products. However a reaction can involve only a single substrate and a single product. The kinetic of a reaction is controlled by the forward and reversed reaction rate.

Reaction Name:
This can be simply used to name a reaction or provide comments about the reaction and the complexes involved.
Substrates:
Complex or complexes that undergo a chemical reaction to produce products.
Products:
Complex or complexes produced in a chemical reaction from one or multiple substrates.
Forward Reaction Rate:
This is the rate of formation of products from the substrates. This rate can be Constant, Dynamic or a function of time and/or substrate concentration.
Reverse Reaction Rate:
This is the rate of reformation of the substrates from the products. This rate can be Constant, Dynamic or a function of time and/or substrate concentration.
Constant Reaction Rate:
The reaction rate of a reaction is constant if its reaction rate can be specified by the forward and reversed rate constants.
Dynamic Reaction rate:
The reaction rate of a reaction is dynamic if the rate constant changes for different intervals of time.
Rate Function:
The rate of a reaction can be specified as a function of time and/or concentration.
