Complexes are representation of chemical species in the model. Complexes can have a single or many components.

Initial Level:

Initial level of a complex refers to the initial number molecules of that complex. Using this number and the complex/ reaction volume ratio the initial concentrations are calculated.

Multistate:

As the name suggests a multistate complex is a complex that can exist in different states. (Under Construction)

Display:

This option specifies whether to display the level of a complex on the simulation are stored or not.

Constant:

By checking this option for a complex one can specify that the level of that complex is always constant and equal to the specified initial level.
