Modeling & Simulation

|
CSI's modeling and simulation efforts are directed at creating a framework for the
simulation of some of the fundamental processes involved in adaptive immune response,
in particular T cell activation and associated signal transduction events. This framework
will allow for rapid protoyping and hypothesis testing with the eventual goals of (a)
increased understanding of the fundamental mechanisms behind the adaptive immune response
as well as (b) the creation of a library of models with predictive power.
