These are deoxynucleotide triphosphates, or in other words, the nucleotides that make up DNA (adenine, guanine, cytosine, and thymine). They are the raw materials for making copies of DNA and will be assembled by Taq polymerase in the correct complementary order for the DNA strand you are copying.
