Materials:
  1. Dye
  2. Amplified DNS Samples
  3. Unamplified DNA Samples
  4. Marker
  5. EtBr
  6. H20
Steps:
  1. Add Loading Dye to marker and samples
  2. Load Marker on gel
  3. Load Samples on gel
  4. Seperate-Run gel
  5. Stain with EtBr
  6. Result
