Load Samples on your Gel
Your gel is prepared. Your DNA sample is (hopefully) amplified. Now it is time to load your amplified and unamplified samples on to your agarose gel.

Professional Tip: Support your pipette with your free hand. This may stop you from accidentally ripping your gel by inserting the pipette tip too deep into the well. See the picture below.
