Collect cells/Swish in mouth
The template DNA for this experiment comes from a sample of several thousand cells obtained by saline mouthwash (bloodless and noninvasive). Swish 15 ml of Saline solution in mouth for approximately 10 seconds and spit into cup or 15 ml tube.
